Round Salami with cheese is made only from the selected pork meat. Its taste is completed with a blue cheese flavour, which makes it a culinary specialty.
As well as all of our fine mold salamis, even Round Salami is produced by the process of fermentation. This natural process, used for food production for over two thousand years, develops the fantastic taste of salami and cheese. The activity of enzymes (so called ferments) is nowadays aimed and controlled.
The smoked products are under strict control all the time – the temperature, humidity and air circulation are monitored. All of this is necessary for a successful fermentation process and drying and maturation afterwards.
From this year onwards, the Round Salami with cheese is also available in a wooden box emphasizing its uniqueness.
